Pumpkin Loaves

Ingredients
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ¾ cup sugar
- 2 eggs (large)
- 15 ounce canned pumpkin

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease mini loaf pan or muffin pan.
- Mix oil and sugar in a bowl.
- Add in eggs until combined.
- Add pumpkin until combined.
- Mix in a bowl: salt, pumpkin pie seasoning, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Pour into the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
