In a normal year of Rampage, Ms. B is famous for her blondies. So what could be better than a holiday-themed blondie? A delicious mix between cake and a brownie, a blondie is the perfect holiday treat, they don’t need refrigeration and the flavor possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

2 cups all purpose flour

¾ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

2 crushed candy canes

1/2 cup red and green sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray. (Using muffin tins is optional.) In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix melted butter and both brown and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
  2. Then add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix after all ingredients are in the bowl. Next, gently fold in gently crushed candy canes, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips.
  3. Press the batter into the prepared pan and bake until golden and still slightly soft in the middle, 15-25 minutes (Poke with a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done).
  4. Let cool completely before taking them out of the pan. Then enjoy!
